Train with your gear. If it isn't right for your training, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method.
Eligibility
- Your return request must be made within 30 days of the delivery date shown in your tracking.
- Items may have been tried in training, but must be clean, undamaged beyond normal use and returned complete, with all parts and any accessories that came with them.
- Hygiene items such as grip socks must be unworn and in their original packaging, unless they arrived damaged or defective.
- Gift cards and items clearly marked as final sale cannot be returned.
How to start a return
- Email us at sttryvee@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you want to return.
- We'll reply within 1–2 business days with your return authorization, the return address and instructions.
- Ship the item back with a trackable service. Items sent back without contacting us first can't be accepted.
Return shipping
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or wasn't what you ordered. In those cases we cover the cost.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and is inspected, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days; your bank or card issuer may take a few more days to post it. Original shipping charges are refunded only if the return is due to our error.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
Please check your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different size or colour is to return the item you have and place a new order for the one you want.
