Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States.

Shipping rates

Standard shipping: $5.95 per order.
Free standard shipping on orders of $75 or more (after discounts, before tax).

The shipping cost for your order is always shown in your bag and at checkout, before you pay.

Processing and delivery times

Processing: orders are prepared and handed to the carrier within 1 business day (Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays).
Delivery: once shipped, standard delivery takes 2–4 business days.

That means most orders arrive within 3–5 business days of being placed. The estimated delivery window is shown on each product page. Carrier delays, severe weather and peak holiday periods can occasionally add time; if that happens we'll keep you updated.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow it to your door. If your order contains several items, they may arrive in separate packages at no extra cost.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away. We can update the address only before the order has shipped. Packages returned to us because of an incorrect address can be re-sent once the shipping cost has been covered.

Lost or damaged packages

If your tracking shows no movement for 5 business days, or your order arrives damaged, email us within 14 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and photos where relevant. We'll send a replacement or issue a refund.
