1. Overview

This website, strryve.com, is operated by Stryve ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting the site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service together with our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority where you live, or use the site with the involvement of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

3. Products and descriptions

We aim to describe and photograph every product accurately. Colours can look slightly different depending on your screen. Our products are training accessories and are not medical devices; they are not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. Use them as directed and within your own ability, and consult a qualified professional if you have an injury or health concern.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars. Multi-item savings and other promotions are applied automatically in your bag and at checkout, and the total you pay is always shown before you confirm your order. Payments are processed securely by Shopify and its payment partners; we never see or store your full card details. We may correct pricing errors and update prices at any time, but changes don't affect orders already confirmed.

5. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship it and send you a shipping confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable, a pricing error has occurred or we suspect fraud. If we cancel after you've paid, we'll refund you in full.

6. Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy. Returns, our 30-day money-back guarantee and refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

7. Accounts

If you create an account, keep your login details private. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your information accurate.

8. Intellectual property

The Stryve name, logo, site design, text and product photography created by us belong to us or our licensors and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, including by attempting to interfere with its security or operation, scraping it, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland. This does not remove any protection you have under the consumer laws of the country or state where you live.
